Just a normal weekend

The CurtisDojo pool is finally fully open and in use. It took McKenna approximately 13.4 seconds to have her friends over for swimming. We also took Riley for a swim on Friday and Saturday. Still not much reaction from Riley, she's getting comfortable enough to take her eyes off the water and look around a bit!





Here is a pretty standard Riley pose when she is not 100% comfortable with her surroundings. Hands up, fists clinched and ready to throw blows. This position coupled with her very subdued look can actually be pretty intimidating. She assumes this position at bath time, around new people, in the car seat and now in the pool.



By Saturday afternoon her defenses had come down enough to resume normal babus activities...chewing on stuff!





Been pressure washing the deck litte by little. It's amazing how dirty it can get, you don't notice it slowly over time but you sure do notice side by side. Here's a couple shots that illustrate the dirty vs the clean, see if you can tell the difference.
