What do you want to eat??? GREEN BEANS!

I decided to pick some green beans today, started picking them and before I knew it I had a hand full. Yum.




And, it was a FULL hand full.





I had only picked 2 bushes off the 1st row so I sent Riley in for a bucket and we kept on picking.





We pulled out a few to wash and we figure there is about 200+ in all. As I was picking them I felt like there was 10 smaller ones that weren't ready for every one I picked. So, what are we eating???? GREEN BEANS!

Surprise!!!

We decided to throw a little surprise birthday for Krista. Had to tell some lies to pull it off so she's not too happy with me but all in all I say the master plan was well executed.

Molly made one of her fantastic cakes, this one was chocolate with chocolate frosting, chocolate drizzle and chocolate stuff on top. Good thing Krista like's chocolate.

Good times on a Saturday.

The Curtis clan has strolled into town with their trailer named "strange".

My dad is definitely, yeah definitely a very good driver. Yeah, he gets to drive slow in the driveway.

Girl trip!

A couple of girlfriends that I used to work with and I decided to take a girl trip in honor of my birthday that shall not be named.  Molly's (on the left) family has a house around Panama City Beach Florida.
A short eight hours later, and we were on the beach!  (Anne is in the middle.)

We got to each some really good seafood at Dewey Destin.  We went back for more, after we ate all of this!

We had a great time - did some shopping, hit a water partk, relaxed, and got the catch up.  We were gone for five days, which the longest I've been away from Jason and Riley.  As you can see from his previous post, they kept themselves busy.

Shshshsh, its a surprise

Krista is out of town this weekend hanging out in Florida with some friends, so we decided to work on some projects that have needed working on. I'll let Riley explain,

We've needed a new dining table for quite some time and over the past couple weeks we've looked at a few. I went out and picked this one up on Thursday.

Another project that has needed some work is the deck. The people before us didn't do a very good job of taking care of the surface. This weekend Riley and I are working on the upper portion of the deck. This is how much I was able to get done during Riley's nap on Saturday.

Another garden update

It has been about 3 weeks since the last garden update. Everything is coming to life, we have a ton of small tomatoes growing, I picked the 1st zucchini today.

Tried to put my forearm in there for some kind of scale. It is about 10 inches long.




The tomato plants have taken over, filling up a ton of space.
